Colleen Shimamoto
Licensed Aesthetician and Medical Assistant
Before joining L&P, Colleen was the Director of Education at a world-renowned skin care manufacturer. She was primarily responsible for training top aestheticians across the US and assisting in research and development of new skincare products.Because of this Colleen has a deep understanding of skincare ingredients and the formulation of products which she shares with her patients as she builds realistic & effective home-care regimens and treatment plans for her patients.
Sid Gonzales
Licensed Aesthetician
Sid has been a licensed aesthetician for five years, and thoroughly enjoys treating different patients’ skin. They have a wide range of experience as a medical aesthetician, and comes to us after working in Oregon and around the Bay Area.
Sid especially appreciates guiding patients to and through the treatment and product plan that is right for them. They love giving each patient the great skin they deserve.
Melissa Musto
Licensed Aesthetician
After going through her own journey with hormonal acne as an adult, Melissa realized she had a passion for skincare. She brings a deep level of empathy and understanding for anyone who is struggling with skin issues.
Melissa graduated top of her aesthetics class at Skyline College and then went on to continue her education in advanced skincare to become a licensed aesthetician. She’s also a dance and fitness instructor in the Los Gatos area.
Stacey Tentaglou
Surgical Wellness Expert
Stacey obtained two Associate degrees before working as an LVN in medical and cosmetic dermatology for three years. It was during her time in dermatology that she discovered her passion for aesthetics and helping her patients look and feel good in their own skin. Stacey wholeheartedly enjoys being present at every step of the recovery process for patients. Stacey affectionately refers to herself as our patients’ “surgical bestie” due to her outstanding empathy, care, and swift responses to questions during the healing process.

Dr. Parikh is a double board-certified and Stanford University-trained facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon.
